MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – As arrests continue to be made by the Memphis Safe Task Force, concerns continue to grow over capacity at the Shelby County Jail at 201 Poplar.
Robert, who did not want to share his last name out of concern over his safety, was booked into jail last Tuesday and released this past Saturday. Robert previously spent time in jail during the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.
