MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC/Gray News) – A man with HIV accused of raping children was arrested by the Memphis Safe Task Force Thursday, the U.S. Marshals Service confirmed.
Members of the task force executed a coordinated operation Thursday morning to arrest 46-year-old Derrick Cole.
Cole faces several felony charges, including alleged criminal exposure to HIV, sexual battery by an authority figure, statutory rape by an authority figure, and continuous sexual abuse of a child, among others…
