MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A woman was killed and a man was injured early Saturday morning when a vehicle left the roadway and struck a culvert on Quito Road north of West Union Road, Shelby County deputies confirm.
The crash occurred around 3:50 a.m.
Investigators say the male driver was taken to Regional One with non-critical injuries. The female passenger was extricated by Shelby County Fire personnel and taken to Regional One in critical condition, where she later died…
