Pastor, ex-reentry director released on $500K bond in non-profit theft case

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – DeAndre Brown, former executive director of the Shelby County Office of Reentry and pastor for Lifeline to a Dying World Ministries, appeared before a Shelby County judge Tuesday to discuss his bond.

Brown and his wife, Vinessa Brown, are both accused of stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from a non-profit they run together, Lifeline to Success.
