MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man and woman were caught after a high-speed pursuit from Memphis into DeSoto County, after a Tennessee Highway Patrol officer says he caught them drag racing on Getwell.
Jasmyne Long, 26, and Joshua Hines, 25, are both charged with felony evading, felony drag racing and reckless driving, according to court records. They are listed in the Shelby County Jail.
