Gang member with modified handgun arrested, police say

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man who police say is a confirmed gang member and convicted felon was arrested on Thursday.

Cordero Ragland, 33, was charged with Convicted Felon in Possession of a Handgun, Evading Arrest, Prohibited Weapons, and Theft of Property – Firearm.

Pair sentenced life in prison for murder of 18-year-old

Officers say that during the arrest, they found a handgun modified with a machine gun conversion device, which is also known as a Glock switch.
