MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Tammy Franklin is a mother desperately trying to hold it all together after Memphis Police say her daughter, 27-year-old Kelsay Franklin, was shot on January 27, 2024, in the Eastern Heights Apartments.
“A lot of sleepless nights, it’s been so difficult because no mother should have to bury their child, especially to a senseless murder,” said Franklin.
