Memphis mayor talks about what happens when National Guard, federal agencies leave city

During the opening remarks at a summit event about hope on Nov. 13, Memphis Mayor Paul Young looked to a future after federal agencies and the National Guard have left the city.

“We have the national spotlight on our city with the National Guard here right now,” Young said. “The question is, ‘what are we going to do? What’s going to be different?'”
