Injured Shelby County deputy fights to keep medical benefits

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – A Shelby County sheriff’s deputy severely injured in a crash over a year ago is fighting to keep his medical benefits while he recovers.

Sergeant Samuel Lilley spent time at Regional One and was later taken to rehab to recover from his injuries. Lilley was involved in a motorcycle crash while responding to another deputy involved crash last October.
