MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – A Memphis police officer is recovering in the hospital from injuries sustained during a foot pursuit Thursday night.
The Memphis Police Department confirms that one officer was sent to the hospital in non-critical condition.
The chase reportedly occurred just before 8 p.m. in the area of Union Avenue and South Pauline Street, located in the Medical District.
Police now have one man detained. It’s unknown at this time what sparked the chase…
