On Monday, an attempted burglary occurred at Berryhill Market, located at 1885 Berryhill Road. According to the Memphis Police Department, a male suspect tried to pry open the market’s front door using a yellow crowbar. The unsuccessful attempt took place around 4:00 a.m., after which the suspect vacated the premises on foot.
The Memphis Police provided a description of the suspect: a light-complexioned male sporting a black hoodie adorned with the partially-read “LAWS OF” in white lettering, and additional, though unspecified, red lettering, paired with black pants, and black-and-gray tennis shoes.
