MEMPHIS, Tenn — A Memphis family is pleading for answers after their 16-year-old relative went missing after being detained by Memphis police.
Family members said that Diego Bernardo Ambrosio Perez, 16, has been missing for about a week, and efforts to learn where he was taken or what happened to him after he was transferred to the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services (DCS) have led to confusion and worry.
