MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Some parts of the Mid-South could see a brief mix of rain, snow, and sleet on Thursday, December 4. No impact or accumulation is expected.
While temperatures will be cold enough to produce wintry precipitation further up in the atmosphere, temperatures on the ground will be above freezing, so anything that does fall will melt quickly.
Precipitation will start to enter the Mid-South by 2 p.m. Thursday. Most of it will fall as rain, but it could initially start as a mix of sleet, snow, and rain.
