MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Two brothers are now in jail after police say they shot a man several times at a Hickory Hill apartment complex before robbing him last month.
Dewayne Jacobs, 18, and Lamarian Jacobs, 22, are both charged with criminal attempt first-degree murder, aggravated robbery, and employment of a firearm with intent to commit a felony.
On November 5, around 6:40 p.m., officers say they responded to a shooting call at an apartment complex in the 3400 block of Wild Rye Lane. A male victim was found at the scene suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
The victim told officers that he was shot by his friends, “Tooka and Tavo”, who are brothers. He was then taken to the hospital…
