MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – The Memphis Police Department has arrested and charged a second man in connection with a kidnapping and assault that occurred back in May 2024.
Michael Dwayne Chism, 46, is accused of especially aggravated kidnapping, aggravated robbery, and being a convicted felon in possession of a handgun.
Chism was officially booked on Thursday.
