MEMPHIS, Tenn. — On Thursday, seven former 201 Poplar inmates graduated from Shelby County’s Mental Health Court program, which focuses on recovery and rehabilitation.
A woman who graduated told WREG that this program saved her life, and without it, she believes she would’ve continued on a path of crime.
