MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Your Memphis Light, Gas & Water bill may go up slightly in the new year.
Back in 2023, the utility approved a phased-in electricity rate increase of 12%.
The last 4% of that increase goes into effect in January. The average impact to customers will be around $5 a month, MLGW says.
