MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Two people are in custody, and one other suspect is on the run after Memphis Police say they stole a vehicle near Chelsea Avenue early Monday morning.
Just before 4:50 a.m., officers say they responded to a call regarding a stolen vehicle. They reported that two suspects have been arrested so far.
Officers are actively searching for the third suspect at this time.
