MEMPHIS, Tenn. – A Memphis mother shot 20 times by her husband is speaking only to FOX13.
Curnissa Sam said her life changed forever in April after she said an abusive relationship with her husband took a more violent turn. Of the 20 bullets that hit her, several of those bullets hit her in the head. And now, she’s left with physical challenges for the rest of her life.
“I can’t use my arms like I used to, and it’s just it’s hard,” Sam said. “It’s why I cry a lot. Because it’s, like, I can’t believe I went through this situation.”…
