UPDATE: Deputies say a mother and her three juveniles, ages 8 to 17 years old, were in the car that injured a deputy while attempting to leave the scene.
Jennifer Evans, 47, is charged with four counts of aggravated assault against a law enforcement officer, evading to wit — motor vehicle, burglary to wit — motor vehicle, contributing to delinquency of a minor, and three counts of child abuse or neglect.
The 17-year-old is charged with burglary of a motor vehicle.
