MEMPHIS, Tenn. — There’s concern after a group claims elderly and disabled tenants at the Mill Creek Apartments in Whitehaven are being forced to move again.
Instead of celebrating the holidays, they claim tenants are spending their time looking for a new place to live, as they say those with housing choice vouchers with the Memphis Housing Authority won’t have their rent covered because of failed inspections.
