MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A known gang member was sentenced to 20 years in a Horn Lake shooting that left the victim struck by gunfire 18 times.
Kwindale Brown pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and was sentenced Tuesday to the maximum sentence, DeSoto County District Attorney Matthew Barton Said.
The shooting happened in May 2024 in the 6100 block of Somerset Drive.
