Memphis police officer fires shots at dog during domestic violence call

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – A Memphis police officer fired two shots at a charging pit bull while responding to a domestic violence call early Tuesday morning on Mud Island.

The incident happened just after 1 a.m. at the Riverset Apartments, according to Memphis Police.
