MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A homicide investigation and home invasion is now underway in Tipton County, according to Tipton County deputies.
Deputies say they were called to a home in the 2500 block of John Hill Road regarding a home invasion and homicide around 11:30 p.m.
Evidence on the scene and witnesses say the suspect left the home on foot to a car waiting down the road, deputies say.
Shots reported fired overnight in Whitehaven
The street will be closed for the next few hours as deputies process the scene.
