MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A new law created in honor of a domestic violence victim is now in effect across the state of Tennessee.
An online registry of repeat domestic violent offenders in the state can now be accessed and one advocate says this could help save and change lives.
One new law beginning in the state of Tennessee is Savanna’s law, which created a public online registry with the names of repeat offenders for domestic violence.
