WEST MEMPHIS, Ark. – Chief Robbin A. Campbell, Jr. is leaving the department, the West Memphis Police Department said Wednesday.
In a post to their Facebook page, the department shared their deep appreciation for Chief Campbell, who led the department for nearly four years, from January 2022 to the end of 2025. “Chief Campbell’s leadership was rooted in one clear mission: community policing,” the department said. “During his tenure, he created the Community Engagement Division, established the K-9 Division, and introduced Bike Patrol, strengthening relationships and trust throughout the city.”
The West Memphis Police Department said crime remained at an all-time low during Campbell’s tenure, “helping citizens feel safer and more confident in their police department.”…
