One dead after Berclair electrical fire ruled accidental

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — One person is dead after an electrical fire that was ruled accidental at a Berclair structure, according to the Memphis Fire Department.

Around 7:30 a.m., firefighters said they responded to a building fire in the 740 block of Berclair Road.

MFD stated that there was an incident involving a house, where the fire originated from a separate detached structure located at the back of the house.
