SOUTHAVEN, Miss. (WMC) – Four people were taken into custody Sunday after a pursuit that began in Memphis and ended in DeSoto County, the Southaven Police Department said.
Just after 4:30 p.m., Memphis police responded to a shots‑fired call near Elvis Presley Boulevard and Shelby Drive, Memphis police said. Officers later located the suspects’ vehicle on Holmes Road but lost sight of it after it drove off.
Southaven police said the vehicle entered their jurisdiction and collided with several vehicles at the intersection of Highway 51 and Main Street. After a brief foot pursuit, all four suspects were arrested, authorities said…
