4 accused of stealing over $300 of Lululemon merchandise

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Two men and two teenagers were detained after stealing over $300 worth of Lululemon merchandise and possessing marijuana on Tuesday, according to Germantown Police.

Deante Smith,18, and Javarious Clay, 18, were charged with Theft of Property under $1,000, Drug Paraphernalia, Manufacture/Sell/Deliver Controlled Substance Schedule VI, and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.

Germantown Police said that just before 4 p.m., officers were dispatched about a suspicious person call and shoplifting in progress in Lululemon at Saddle Creek on 7509 Poplar Avenue.

A witness told police she saw one person going to the changing room, put on a pair of Lululemon pants, and wore the pants he originally had on over the Lululemon pants…
