MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – Shelby County District Attorney’s Office announced an improvement to its video evidence backlog.
Due to staff increase and reorganization of operations, The Shelby County DA’s stated by the end of 2025, the video processing unit is caught up on footage and operating ahead of schedule.
With Shelby County processing a large portion of criminal cases, this improvement helped push up delayed case preparations which allow case to move through the system more efficiently for those involved, the Office says…
