MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis police issued a CityWatch alert for a teen mother and her 1-year-old daughter, last seen in the Messick Buntyn neighborhood.
Officers say the endangered girls were last seen Friday around 7 a.m. in the 700 block of Semmes St.
They say 18-year-old Justice Harper suffers from seizures and her daughter, Jenesis Harper, is not current on her medication.

Justice is described as being 5’3″ and 120 pounds and Justice is 2′ and 20 to 25 pounds. Police do not have a description of the clothing they were wearing.
