MEMPHIS, Tennessee — The Memphis Police Department (MPD) has issued a City Watch for two runaway sisters, who left their foster home early Wednesday morning, according to an MPD press statement.
Marriage and Haven Lewis left their home in the 4000 block of Coleman Road at around 2 a.m., January 14, urging their foster mother to not stop them, wrote the statement.
