MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – A man is facing multiple charges including kidnapping and rape after using Snapchat to find a 13-year-old girl’s location, police say.
Breon Collins,32, was arrested on multiple charges including aggravated rape and kidnapping.
According to court documents, Memphis Police were alerted on Christmas Eve about a suspicious parked car on N. Fenway Road near Walnut Grove.
As police approached the alleged suspicious car, they saw Collins in the driver seat and the 13-year old girl in the back seat of the vehicle…
