Motion filed to revoke bond of Memphis gynecologist convicted on federal charges, records show

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Federal prosecutors are asking a judge to revoke the bond of a Memphis gynecologist convicted of health care fraud and jail him while he awaits sentencing.

In a motion filed Thursday, prosecutors said Sanjeev Kumar poses a flight risk following his conviction early January.
