Pastor seeks arrest transparency from Memphis Safe Task Force

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — We have seen them at work, and the WREG Investigators were the first to ride along with the Memphis Task Force. But how much do you really know about what they are doing on the streets of Memphis as they crack down on crime?
