Just two of Shelby County’s six suburbs recorded an increase in total homes sold during 2025, while four saw a bump in median sales price.
According to data from the Memphis Area Association of Realtors, there were 3,194 total homes sold in the Shelby County suburbs in 2025, the same amount sold during 2024.
In Shelby County as a whole, there were 13,379 homes sold in 2025, a 5.1% decrease from 14,091 in 2024. Year-over-year, the median sales price increased 7.7%, from $195,000 to $210,000 in 2025…
