MEMPHIS, Tenn. — As brutally cold temperatures now set in across the Mid-South for an extended period of time, it isn’t making road clearing any easier.
TDOT and the city of Memphis crews have been clearing interstates and main roads across the city, but many people often have difficulty just making it out of their neighborhoods.
WREG’s Shay Arthur saw that Memphis-area interstates, for the most part, were pretty clear.
