FedEx plans to increase its footprint at Memphis International Airport.
On Jan. 20, California-based construction firm GFT filed an administrative site plan review application with the Memphis and Shelby County Division of Planning and Development for a new five-story, 1.6 million-square-foot eCommerce Small Package Sort System (SPSS) facility at the FedEx Memphis Hub.
A FedEx spokesperson told The Commercial Appeal on Jan. 23 that the Memphis-based logistics giant didn’t have any comment at this time about the proposed project…
