TATE COUNTY — The Tate County Sheriff’s Office is thanking a local man who helped clear ice to allow an ambulance to safely leave its station during hazardous winter conditions.
In a statement, the sheriff’s office said the man stepped in to remove ice near the station’s exit, helping ensure emergency medical personnel could get out and respond without delay.
