MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – In East Memphis, residents spent Friday walking to High Point Grocery to shop as many streets remain covered in snow and ice.
“Too icy to drive,” one resident said, passing by Action News 5’s Michaela Redmond.
Almost all of the side streets in the area are still fully covered in sheets of ice and snow. High Point Terrace is a different story…
