Germantown staple Mike’s Hot Wings and Such is spreading its sauce south. The popular wing spot is gearing up to open in Collierville with a livelier, bar-forward setup tailored to evening regulars and sports-night crowds, adding another food-and-drink option to the Shops at Carriage Crossing.
As reported by What Now Memphis, owner Mike Davis said the new restaurant will take over suite 741 at 4674 Merchants Park Circle and that “the store front will change just a bit.” He told the outlet the Collierville location will offer a full bar with more of a sports bar feel, and that an official opening date is still to be determined. Davis added that the Carriage Crossing outpost will stick with the brand’s core lineup of fresh, made-to-order wings, pizza, and fish.
New Outpost At Carriage Crossing
The Shops at Carriage Crossing at 4674 Merchants Park Circle ranks as one of Collierville’s key retail and dining hubs, mixing national chains with local restaurants that help fuel steady foot traffic. Property listings and center profiles point to the usual selling points for operators that move in: high visibility, a wide customer base, and a cluster of complementary dining concepts. Those factors helped steer Mike’s team toward the center for its expansion, according to available listings and property details by CommercialCafe.
