Elon Musk’s xAI sends generators to TN, MS after winter storm

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — xAI, the AI company founded by Elon Musk with several data centers in the Memphis area, delivered 500 generators Monday to Tippah County, Mississippi.

Another 500 generators were sent to the Nashville area. Both areas were hit hard last week by a powerful winter snowstorm that crippled infrastructure and left several residents without power.

Tippah County will distribute the generators to residents, said Scott Simmons with the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency.
