While recovery efforts are underway, lingering ice and hazardous road conditions prevented crews from servicing dozens of Monday-route roads.
The DeSoto County Board of Supervisors, moving to address the buildup of household waste, has coordinated the strategic placement of 16 dumpsters throughout the county.
