WEST MEMPHIS, Ark. — Pancho’s Mexican restaurant, a West Memphis landmark for decades, is being demolished.
The original location opened in 1956 and closed in late 2021, after briefly reopening following the pandemic.
At one time, there were several Pancho’s locations throughout the Memphis area, but the restaurant’s Broadway location was the last.
Their signature cheese dip can still be found in local grocery stores today…
