MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A video making the rounds on social media appears to show a U.S. Marshal in Memphis kicking a small dog.
The woman who shared the video with WREG called it “unacceptable” saying “power doesn’t excuse abuse.”
She also said the dog was kicked as officers were arresting a man on an outstanding warrant. She said the dog ran out of the apartment and began running around before it was kicked.
