MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A Midtown house fire was ruled arson on Tuesday, according to the Memphis Fire Department.
MFD said they responded to a residential structure fire in the 250 block of North Watkins Street around 7:30 a.m.
Firefighters said the fire was determined to be arson, and no one was injured.
