MEMPHIS, Tenn. — People living at a Hickory Hill apartment complex say they’re on alert as police search for the person who shot and killed a man on Sunday morning.
WREG’s Katelyn Barker spoke with neighbors, who wanted to remain anonymous, that say they’re not surprised by the violence.
