Get ready, Cordova pizza fans, there’s about to be a new slice in town. Flaming Pizza is gathering the permits it needs to serve fresh, hot pies to hungry locals, though a great deal of information is not presently available.
The pizzeria is setting up its ovens at 1105 N Houston Levee Road. The Memphis and Shelby County Division of Planning and Development issued Flaming Pizza a commercial mechanical permit on February 11 and approved its food establishment grease trap application on January 20.
