Downtown Memphis restaurant By The Brewery has permanently closed.
“Significant damage” from January’s winter storm meant a difficult decision had to be made, according to a statement posted Feb. 17 on Instagram.
“This space has meant so much to us – a place of laughter, celebrations, and community in the heart of Downtown Memphis,” the statement read. “Over time, ongoing challenges in the area and the realities of operating in this space have made it increasingly difficult to continue on in the way our customers and team deserve.”…
