COLLIERVILLE, Tenn. (WMC) – StoryPoint, a senior living community in Collierville, is dealing with yet another lawsuit Thursday.
The new suit accuses the upscale senior living facility of unlawfully removing $8,200 from the bank account of a family who had two loved ones living there.
